The Sanjeev Singh Saga:”The Man Who Built an Empire of Empathy in India’s Hospitality Sector”

Byline: A story of devotion, disruption, and a deep desire to give back.

Not All Heroes Wear Suits
In 1993, Sanjeev Kumar Singh had his future mapped out—graduate, pursue law, and serve justice. But fate had its own script. A sudden crisis forced him to leave law school and run a motor parts shop in Supaul. That’s where the seed of resilience was planted.

Shift, Struggle, and Success
He moved to Patna for his daughter’s future. With sheer tenacity, he ran the Patna Airport canteen for six years, followed by operations at the Patna Zoo. His ability to manage large-scale food operations began turning heads.

IRCTC & National Scale Operations
In 2017, IRCTC onboarded Rathour Services. That changed everything. Sanjeev’s business grew to serve government institutions across the country. From ministries to the Rashtrapati Bhavan, his services became synonymous with reliability.

Serving with Heart
What truly sets him apart is his compassion. During the COVID pandemic, he spent from his own pocket to help stranded citizens return home, never publicizing his good deeds. He also consistently supports NGOs and orphanages.

Rooted in Relationships
Behind his calm strength stands Pushpa Singh, his wife, who gave emotional stability when business was shaky and hopes were dim.

A New Chapter
Now, his daughter Soumya is actively involved in the business, bringing modern ideas while upholding the family’s values.

Legacy of Hope
Sanjeev Singh isn’t just a businessman. He is a movement. A testimony to the fact that when you mix purpose with perseverance, even the smallest beginnings can lead to a national impact.
