A postgraduate from the M.Sc. Organic Chemistry, Dr. Ganesh has become a symbol of dedication, discipline and excellence for the institution.
Demonstrating extraordinary prowess in martial arts, Dr. Ganesh recently etched his name in history by becoming a proud team member in setting a Guinness World Record for the “Largest Karate Display.” The monumental event, organized by the World Karate Masters Association (India) on October 5, 2025, in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, witnessed the participation of thousands of trained martial artists showcasing synchronized Karate techniques. Dr. Ganesh’s participation in this global event stands as a testament to his unwavering commitment to the art.
Currently, Dr. Ganesh is serving as an R&D Scientist in a reputed Research and Development Department, where he continues to blend scientific curiosity with the discipline he has imbibed from years of martial arts training. Holding the prestigious rank of Karate Black Belt 2nd Dan, he has been officially certified both as a Black Belt and as a Karate Coach by the Karate India Organization (KIO), a recognition reserved for individuals who display exceptional skill and knowledge.
Alongside his professional responsibilities, Dr. Ganesh is passionately involved in training young aspirants. As a dedicated coach, he focuses on instilling the core values of Karate—discipline, perseverance, respect, and self-confidence—in the next generation. His students widely admire him for his patient guidance, motivational teaching style, and inspiring personal journey.
In honour of his international achievement and his contributions to sports and society, Aurora Degree and PG College felicitated Dr. Ganesh at a special ceremony.
