Kazi Abu Ansari (CEO, 19) — A tech-savvy entrepreneur with business in his blood. From selling crackers at age 6 to managing a 12-member editing agency (“Mr. Editor”) before this, Kazi is the strategic brain behind Creatiq.

Sk Sahonwaj (CFO, 19) — A finance-focused student from Vivekananda College with no formal tech background, but a solid head for numbers, risk, and growth.

Anish Ghosh (CHRO, 21) — A former field sales executive who now handles the most crucial part of any startup — team structure, training, and culture.

🚀 The Startup Origin: From Failure to Focus

Before Creatiq existed, the team operated an editing brand called Mr. Editor, which managed editing projects for top Kolkata-based clients with a 12-member team. While operationally strong, the lack of structure, brand clarity, and internal alignment led to its quiet shutdown.

But instead of quitting, they studied their failures.

They realized that most founders struggle to grow not because of poor ideas, but because they don’t understand branding and content execution. And worse, the market offered fragmented solutions — separate agencies for content, editing, strategy, PR — making it harder and costlier to grow.

That’s when Creatiq Media (focused on marketing, strategy, and content) and Creatiq Visuals (dedicated to editing, visual design, and storytelling) were born — as a united solution to the fragmented agency model.

On 28th May 2025, Expantra Tech Pvt. Ltd. was officially registered — giving them legal structure, team identity, and a real vision to scale.

The journey took a leap when Brainware University, where two founders study, granted them incubation support — including workspace, mentorship, and tech resources.

“It changed everything. We were no longer freelancers building something from our hostel rooms — we were founders running a business from a real space,” says Anish.

Their college didn’t just offer support — it gave them confidence, credibility, and connections.

Today, Creatiq operates as a hybrid creative agency with two distinct verticals:

Creatiq Media: Social media marketing, ad creatives, digital PR, content strategy, branding consultations.

Creatiq Visuals: Video editing, podcast production, motion graphics, visual storytelling, corporate film editing.

With a lean but growing team, they’ve already executed dozens of projects and serve startups, local businesses, creators, and brands across various industries.
