This lack of awareness led to fear and uncertainty about their rights. Witnessing their struggles, I felt a strong responsibility to educate and empower them. My initiative in legal education is aimed at reducing fear and ensuring individuals are well-equipped to navigate the legal system. Justice, equality, and the transformative power of knowledge are the core principles that guide my work.
Q. Could you share some of your notable achievements and industry recognition?
A. I have been honored with the Young Businessman Award, Best Consultancy Award, and Best Law Coach Award, which reflect my dedication to legal education and consultancy. One of my most rewarding achievements is the trust I have built within communities. Many individuals, particularly women seeking divorce counseling and entrepreneurs seeking financial and personal advice, regard me as a mentor and a guru. Additionally, I have educated and empowered numerous children and women in legal matters, giving them the confidence to handle legal challenges independently.
Q. Can you highlight a specific contribution or innovation you’ve made in your field? How has it impacted the industry?
A. One of my most significant contributions has been launching an abroad education consultancy aimed at empowering underprivileged students from rural areas. Traditionally, such consultancies were limited to metro cities, leaving rural students with limited guidance. By establishing my consultancy in villages, I have helped over 200 underprivileged students pursue education abroad, transforming their futures.
Additionally, I set up law offices in rural areas where legal awareness was minimal. This initiative has not only provided legal support but also inspired many village youth to study law. Today, these efforts have led to a significant shift in how legal education is perceived and accessed in these communities.
Q. What major challenges have you faced, and how did you overcome them?
A. One of the biggest challenges was addressing the lack of legal awareness among law students and underprivileged individuals in rural areas. Many were hesitant and uncertain about seeking legal guidance. To overcome this, my team and I provided 24/7 support, ensuring every query was answered promptly. We focused on personalized solutions, fostering trust within the community. Through constant engagement, time management, and dedicated problem-solving, we created an effective model to address rural legal needs.

A. Over the next decade, my vision is to create a generation of over 150 judges from rural backgrounds, ensuring a diverse and representative judiciary. By making legal services accessible at the grassroots level, we can build a more just and equitable society.
Ultimately, my goal is to ensure that every individual, particularly women and female children, can walk freely without fear, knowing they have the legal knowledge and support to protect themselves. When legal empowerment reaches every corner of society, I will consider my mission successful.

A. My advice is simple: work with satisfaction and kindness. While financial stability is important, true success lies in how much you contribute to society. Focus on serving the vulnerable—especially the poor, women, and children—and you will create a lasting impact.
